This request is given by Prince Faris who is in his bedroom at the Sultan's. This method is cool and all but getting the first. Might be forgetting something more, since this is off the top of my head. Make sure Hendrik is pre-Pepped, Erik is on your team, and you have a Pep Pip or Pep Pop in one of their inventories (the Hero is a good candidate).
